[Bug 23862] New: dlls/rpcrt4/tests/server.c fails in wine when winbind is not installed

If there is no ntlm_auth then the server test in rpcrt4 will fail.  Presumably
other tests for this dll will also fail, but I have not tried them.

This has not been updated for over 900 days. 

Is this still an issue in 1.6-rc1 or higher or is this abandoned ?
