The error that kills ine install is this one: err:msi:ITERATE_StartService Failed to start service L"Bonjour Service"
but I don't what the cause is.
I think I've found possible explanation to that behaviour: http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-bugs/2007-October/073686.html But strangely, that bug has been fixed :-/ - http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8671 (In reply to comment #5)
Can you try with a clean .wine directory?
I've tried that. Firstly, Wine informed me it needs Gecko, installed it, then PS CS3 installation hanged. So I launched it again, it went smoothly from beginning to end and gave me the same message - Photoshop failed to install. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
