[Bug 3023] Orcad - "Place Part" never tries to put down a part

I can confirm that the fix in comment #3, 

"commenting out a line in the dlls/user32/dialog.c file (in the 0.9.29 version
it is line 894: if (hwnd == GetActiveWindow()) WINPOS_ActivateOtherWindow( hwnd
);)"

still works with wine 1.1.16 and Orcad 7.2.  Hopefully this will go into wine
1.2, and I can quit patching all my systems ;)

If it matters I'm on FreeBSD 7.1, which reports wine-1.1.16 as the current
supported release.
