I'm sorry but I do not really understand what you say.  
  
I'm thinking of a situation where all the partitions that are writable for  
normal users are mounted with noexec.  
A user can't copy his own Wine version or another executable to a non-noexec  
partition then.  
  
I do not really care about shell scripts. I just want a situation where people  
can't run their own software.
