I use MWS (Magic Workstation) 0.94f
When I open the MWSPlay.exe application it gets 100% of CPU making the game
unplayable

To reproduce this error do the following:

* Dowload the files
http://www.magicworkstation.com/files/mws094f.exe
http://down99.estserver.com/download/mtg_gamepack.exe
and install them (in this order).

* Run MWSPlay.exe
