This bug is fixed as the installer doesn't crash (into the debugger) and the
debugger doesn't crash.

Look if one of the linked bug applies to your problem and post informations to
it (or reopen a new bug if no bug look the same as yours).

Youc an also follow the instructions you'll find here to get IE working in
latest Wine release.
