Many web sites such as Google do not work properly because HttpQueryInfo does
not find standard headers like HTTP_QUERY_CONTENT_ENCODING and
HTTP_QUERY_SET_COOKIE. Less necessary but frequently used standard headers also
include HTTP_QUERY_CACHE_CONTROL.

As a feature suggestion, since there are ultimately 70+ standard headers,
optimization of this routine might be justified.
