Bug 8571 may be a dup of this one.
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=6569 shows how to
reproduce the error with a naked jre.
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=7390
seems to have a recipe for getting past this for at least one app.
