Sound stutters when playing movies in the game. The Movies are a MAJOR part of the game has (mark hamill, john rhys davies, malcolm mcdowell, tom wilson) all in it. There's no commandline output to indicate an issue that I'm aware of but I'll look into it further. The issue occurs on both machines. I have tried both Alsa and oss audio drivers and have tried various emulation/full etc settings as well as different hz values. There are three ways to test it. 1. get a pirate copy (easiest). 2. This issue does not affect my copy of Wing Commander III from the Kilrathi Saga in Wine 1.5.18. I was definitely one of the ones affected by this in 2008.
