Confirming, after "winetricks dotnet48 d3dcompiler_47" the initial window comes up fine and it starts to download and install "Plarium Play"
Marking as mono bug,
@OP: For now you could do "winetricks dotnet48 d3dcompiler_47" to work around initial bugs and see how far you can get ;)

I installed winetricks then installed dotnet48 and added d3dcompiler_47.dll to system path , and tryed to open RaidSetup.exe with winetricks but it gives me allways the error .
