First all things that have to be done until you could try to start... Installing DirectX from Lost Planet CD: - Nativ fusion.dll - Nativ Msvcr70.dll - Nativ MsCoree.dll After this ones the directx version on CD will install! Game: WMVCore.dll -> is located in the Lost Planet Folder in the steam folder! -> Installed Windows Media Player 9 and copied the wmvcore.dll from there to the LP folder and overwritten the 24 KB file with 2 MB file! - Nativ Quartz - Nativ devenum - Nativ wmvcore - Nativ mscat32 And now i got far away from old crash point, but got a nice crash dump/console output! Maybe it's usefull for anyone... Ah, before i forget about it: tried to start the dx9 version of game! Why do you install all that native stuff? Wine has it's own DirectX and does not support native dx (only some pieces).
