[Bug 59144] New: Mordheim City of the Damned from GOG hangs on loading screen with ntsync enabled
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59144 Bug ID: 59144 Summary: Mordheim City of the Damned from GOG hangs on loading screen with ntsync enabled Product: Wine Version: 11.0-rc2 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs@list.winehq.org Reporter: hadack@gmx.de CC: hadack@gmx.de Distribution: Slackware Created attachment 79973 --> http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=79973 terminal output This is with freshly compiled wine and a clean prefix on slackware64-current with kernel 6.18.1. It gets to the main menu, but when loading a warband it hangs on the loading screen at 2 or 3%. I waited like 5 to 10 minutes but it just hangs. Audio still plays until it is finished. When I unload the ntsync module it loads fine. It used to work fine also on wine-10.0. Attached is the terminal output but I do not see anything special in it and compared to the working log it just stops earlier. Please advice on more debugging options to set. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59144 --- Comment #1 from Zeb Figura <z.figura12@gmail.com> --- Is it reproducible with WINEDEBUG=+server,+sync,+pid,+seh, and can you please attach a log with those channels if so? -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You'll have to raise it, either on a per-tty basis with `ulimit -Hn`, or systemwide by modifying limits.conf. We should probably make that situation noisier; it's not the last time it's going to come up. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
