[Bug 13850] New: InstallShield (Assasin's Creed) window ordering issue

Clicking the button to change the folder brings up another Install Shield window, but it is behind the main window (it's the same size so unless you guess that it's there and hidden you may not even notice it). Moving the main window exposes the second Window. Now when you click to select the folder on the second window the new window appears behind THAT window too, so you have to move the second Window to get to the file browser. Very messy.
