[Bug 27259] New: winemenubuilder hangs sometimes

Every now and then, winemenubuilder seems to hang. It happened to me just now installing progecad 2010 trial. winedbg btall (see attachment) shows that winemenubuilder was started with -w, which is described in the source like this: * If the -w parameter is passed, and the shortcut cannot be created, * this program will wait for the parent process to finish and then try * again. This covers the case when a ShortCut is created before the * executable containing its icon.
