Hello folks,

the SCM issue (QueryServiceStatusEx) was fixed a long time ago.

The original 'native msi' usage from OP is kind of pointless nowadays,
considering the maturity level of Wine.

The removal of 'msi2' recipe from 'winetricks' was done exactly for that
reason.
