My A0 output

When I'm trying to print with the A0 size I obtain such results (printing on A4
work fine). I've used the PPD that is shipped with the new cups-pdf. It sets a
clipping rect to print on such a small rectangle. The application calls several
time GetDeviceCaps to get DESKTOPHORZ/HORZ/VERTRES and HORZ/VERTSIZE but the
returns seems correct.
