Does this have a free trial version? Is that the only console output you get?
The software is free you can find it here : https://serato.com/dj/downloads Therefore there's is no trial version but you do need to create a free account to download it. I noticed you have this error:

Can you try running "winetricks d3dcompiler_43" as a workaround?

I can install and run the program. I don't see shader issue or gray screen. The problem I have is a popup message I cant bypass. it's more like a webpage window than actual popup. because of the window you cant use the interface.
