[Bug 8107] Civilization 4 Warlords fails to start due to XML issues

My package information:

Package: libxml2
Version: 2.7.7-2

It's the latest in arch linux. Last updated in the repository:
Wed 18 Aug 2010 03:04:19 WEST

I also have:

Package: lib32-libxml2
Version: 2.7.7-3

The number after the dash is just the release on arch. The numbers before the
dash are the upstream version numbers.
I'll check if there is also any relevant dll inside the game dir.
