I can reproduce it in Wine 0.9.8 from WineHQ (Debian/Ubuntu package) while
registering the database in EMS PostgreSQL Manager Lite -
http://www.sqlmanager.net/en/products/postgresql/manager/download (native Linux
version is no longer being developed and lacks many essential functions).
