The app is searching for a COM-Port in the registry and failed:
0009:Call advapi32.RegOpenKeyExA(80000002,00d05d58
"HARDWARE\\DEVICEMAP\\SERIALCOMM",00000000,000f003f,0034f8b8) ret=0035e430
0009:Ret  advapi32.RegOpenKeyExA() retval=00000002

And a second way failed also:

The crash is following a CreateThread()

For a different App, i'm working on the first case.

A log, that includes "+comm,+file,+tid,pid,+relay,+seh" might help.
