console output while building

Hello. While building the "alsamidi.o" file, an error due to an undeclared
identifier shows up. The error happens in the "alsa_midi_init" function. More
details are in the attached file.

The log shows you're compiling against Alsa-1.0.10.

SND_SEQ_PORT_TYPE_PORT was introduced in Alsa-1.0.12rc1 [1].

Please, try Alsa-1.0.12 or newer.
