I used winwtools to change the default to Windows 10. Then is was possible to do the installation. Also, the installation works just fine, so the title is misleading. And you could add the download keyword so it's easier to find. Also correcting fields, they were indeed confusing. General advice: Don't change the Windows version to highest possible unless it's strictly required. Higher doesn't automatically mean better.
