Well, first please test if you can whether this regression exists with upstream (non-Staging) Wine. See also <https://wiki.winehq.org/Wine- Staging#Reporting_and_debugging_bugs_against_Staging>.

When you hover the mouse pointer over an item in the inventory or any of the HUD elements, the popup text describing the function of the icon is wrongly placed. 'winetricks vcrun2005' is a workaround. The regression was introduced by commit f99d307a3e1f9beb7fd9dc8892b5cfabbabf816b msvcrt: Use parse_double for scanf floats.
