The same ( fixme:msi:msi_unimplemented_action_stub MigrateFeatureStates -> 11
ignored L"Upgrade" table values
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"ShowErrorPCCSNotInstalled"
returned 1603) occurs in Fedora 8 with wine 0.9.55 trying to install Nolia PC
Suites Nokia_PC_Suite_6_84_10_3_eng_web.exe and
Nokia_PC_Suite_6_85_14_1_eng.exe.

Some messages before this happens, mention:
err:msi:HANDLE_CustomType34 Unable to execute command L"\"c:\\Program
Files\\Nokia\\Nokia PC Suite 6\\PcSync2.exe\" /CloseOther"
fixme:winstation:EnumDesktopWindows ((nil),0x10001866,0x7cc2232c): stub!

The installer window of Nokia PC Suite says the install is aborted, shows a
button  OK, and when pressed the window disappears and the program terminates.
