That lets us get to the next bug: the installer
hangs after doing lots of stuff.  Adding +msi shows that
the very last thing that happens is
trace:msi:ACTION_FinishCustomActions Waiting on action L"ISMsiServerStartup"

I'll attach both a plain log and highlights of +msi.
