Have you read: 'http://wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys' ? Try setting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Direct3D 'VideoMemorySize' -> 512 in regedit.
From page: "...By default Wine estimates these values based on OpenGL info but this doesn't work well in all cases." (Not sure how good Nvidia's OpenGL implementation is)

I managed to do what you advised and that worked, thanks! Surely this bug is fixed. The last problem is the well known problem of new driver with this game.
I think that bug can be closed as FIXED.

An in another bug someone said that the amount of ram should be the lowest that cards have. This is those bugs that are basically wontfix.
