I experimented with the arguments listed on http://ts.aeroadmin.com/kb/faq.php?id=5, and found that you do get a connection window if you run the program with the -install-service argument. The first time you do that it creates an AeroAdmin subdirectory in ProgramData containing configuration settings; after that you can run AeroAdmin.exe without any arguments.
