After installing dotnet48

Unable to install with mono.
With native dotnet48, a window opens.
Can not test more since I do not how to use.

At first: thanks, but it won't work.

I get a message from wine:
"could not start matric ws server (0.0.0.0.5528) possibly due to port 5228
being in use."
