Unfortunately, the native rpcrt4.dll does not implement I_RpcExceptionFilter and causes an unhandled exception. Therefore the builtin rpcrt4.dll is needed. ICQ 6.x needs DCOM98
You need to figure out why it's needed and open a bug for it.
I have. Native ole32.dll is needed. Bug 14858. The next bug is caused by rpcrt4.dll, which causes the installer to hang.
