I dont really get it, but it "starts" to break with

(wined3d: Move applying the gl stream sources to the state table.)

but after that it isnt fully broken.
at least the loading screen is white.
but with the following commits everything is broken to start the game

that means there is at least one problem/bug in
d5f18e6a631159a655698765361e7d8e50c953a2
but not the main problem.

As I have no clue what it going on, CCing the Author.
