It wants to download something, but it's unable. The process bar doesnt move. Installing ie8 via winetricks and starting the installer again = white screen box like comment #1. The gui shows itself, but it overdrawn by something. Somekind of focus issue? Wrong drawn order?

Fresh prefix the installer hangs someway doing nothing. winetricks -q ie8 seems to help, but it makes the installer all white.
