Moving the mouse around the window prints a lot of mshtml fixmes in the console which suggests that the app has not hung. This never used to occur but a bisect may take some time. winetricks ie6 works around this. Copying the exact same mshtml.dll and setting that to native in a clean wineprefix, without winetricks, doesn't work for some reason. Winetricks must do something else. Tried the same with mshtml.tlb also copied - still doesn't work. mshtml.dll from Windows 7 has too many dependencies of its own. Some of the other bugs for CS4 appear fixed, but this may be due to the workarounds, so marking them as blocked by this bug until anyone knows any better.
