[Bug 8095] PQ Teaching toy crashes

PQ Teaching Toy no longer crashes on start. It just aborts with "Run-time error
'5': Invalid procedure call or argument". The problem seems to be

err:variant:VARIANT_FormatDate Unknown token 0x35!
