When joining the champion select, champion icons and summoner spells are
missing.
It's not possible to select it : moving mouse somewhere and clicking has no
effect.

After I moved to wine-vanilla-3.1-r1 this bug was still there.
A big update of the game has been made (server side and client side).

Just after this game update, I no longer see this bug, even after a few weeks
using League of Legends.

I think this bug can be closed, even if I didn't try again with other wine
versions after the game update.
