[Bug 881] Mouse cursor not blanked

Bug is also present in Thief2 v1.18, with:

wine-core-0.9.39-1.fc7

Once the game starts up the game cursor is still visible but locked to the
center of the display. I've tried turning HWCursor off in X, but it doesn't seem
to make any difference.
