It creates a window frame, but before it draws anything inside the frame, it crashes with wine: Call from 0x7b83aa32 to unimplemented function vcomp.dll.omp_get_wtime, aborting "winetricks vcrun2005" works around it, and lets you start the app. (See also bug 26688.
