Pretty rare for me so far though. Seems to be when I click on GUI items. However, in the past I would have just put it down to typical Eve stutters. Dev's have even stated this is not suppose to happen but it does anyway. Just the usual round of Eve bugs that keep on recurring with each new update of Eve.
