On Windows, the quicktest pro 8.2 installer
offers to download critical updates right
near the end.  On Wine, this is skipped.  About
the same time, I see console messages like the following:

could be created for context 0x17
fixme:ntdll:RtlNtStatusToDosErrorNoTeb no mapping for 8000000a

I think that UUID is for something in msxml4.

Obvious step is to try native msxml, but I haven't done that yet.
I did add msxml4 to http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks, fwiw.
