Can you try with native MS .NET Framework 4.0? -> 'winetricks -q dotnet40' in clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX It seems the app tries to communicate with the Phone over serial port. Make sure you have the Phone properly detected by Linux kernel (should be visible as serial device) and the "COM1" dosdevice symlink is setup (you need to create it manually).
