Using MS .NET Framework(s) with builtin 'mscoree' is not supported by design. --- snip --- Unhandled exception: unimplemented function mscoree.dll.CorIsLatestSvc called in 32-bit code (0x7b83aace). --- snip --- Either use Wine-Mono (default) or install MS .NET Framework the *proper* way with 'winetricks -q dotnet40' (assuming .NET 4.0) which takes take of Wine-Mono uninstall and override settings.
