Program error report

I am attemtping to install an application with an executable file downloaded
from the Brightpay website - https://www.brightpay.co.uk/download/

I am using bottles, and have installed Net Framework 4.8 as a dependency. The
installation reports a problem when trying to install. A report is attached.

Just to add, I am not sure which version of Wine is running, but the Bottles
version is 59.1

Third party wine are not supported in this bugzilla.

Please retest with the latest plain wine (currently it is wine-8.18 for the dev
version or wine-8.0.2 for the stable version) in a fresh wine prefix with no
dll overrides
If the bug still occur the attach the full console output.

Otherwise this bug report will be closed as INVALID.
