Developpers of the game released a benchmark tool, which is a light version of the game. Maybe it's possible to reproduce the bug with this tool.

Which settings of the benchmark do you use? What's your video card and driver version? So it's probably related to wine, and not the fault of nvidia drivers. Closing bugs fixed in 1.3.10.

Sadly, this bug is still there in 1.3.10 for Stalker:Shadow of Chernobyl, so I'd ask for it to be kept open until it's fixed there, too.
