Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: renaud(a)olgiati-in-paraguay.org Running the program gpsVPxp with a test map toto.img, i get the display as in http://www.aikidoparaguay.org/pics/gpsvpbug.jpg It seems the display engine blanks out a horizontal rectangular zone where text is to be displayed, even when the text is displayed at a squint. Communicated with the author of the app, who tells me that under Windows there is no blanking at all where text is displayed (which makes sense when displaying a map, you dont want to hide the map wahrever there is a text).
