Not sure if this would help, but have you tried setting gameoverlayrenderer to disabled in winecfg? It seems your gstreamer isn't installed/configured correctly. Be sure to install all plugins (64bit and 32bit).
Trying to install the 32-bit versions sends me into dependency hell. Apparently they can't live side-by-side with the 64-bit versions on Debian.
