Is this the same as bug 17605?

Can you give a log for the crash?  i.e. run it in a terminal and
attach the text (in plain text, not in an image or a .doc file) that
shows up on the console.

Does this happen even if you just create an empty (or trivial) model?

Yes, this happens when saving an empty model or a trivial model, too. Following
the terminal output directly after saving a file (when running wine without any
additional options):

X Error of failed request:  GLXBadContextTag
  Major opcode of failed request:  154 (GLX)
  Minor opcode of failed request:  106 (X_GLXSelectBuffer)
  Serial number of failed request:  577553
  Current serial number in output stream:  577554

Do you need more information?
BTW: I'm on Arch 686 with wine 1.1.20 installed.
