Steps to reproduce:

1. `wget
'https://demos.devexpress.com/winui/FeatureDemo%20(Package)_22.2.3.2_Test/FeatureDemo%20(Package)_22.2.3.2_x86_x64.msixbundle'`

2. `unzip 'FeatureDemo (Package)_22.2.3.2_x86_x64.msixbundle'
'FeatureDemo%20%28Package%29_22.2.3.2_x64.msix'`

3. `unzip 'FeatureDemo%20%28Package%29_22.2.3.2_x64.msix' -d demo`

4. `wine demo/FeatureDemo/FeatureDemo.exe`

The following errors are printed to the terminal:

The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL
'Microsoft.ui.xaml.dll' or one of its dependencies: Module not found.

Adobe Express Photos also requires WinUI (Microsoft.UI.Xaml.Application)
support.  (Since presumably there's a good number of apps out there that
require WinUI support, renaming this bug might be a good idea.)

Interestingly, a lot of the modern Windows App stuff is open-source under the
MIT license:

- https://github.com/microsoft/WindowsAppSDK
- https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml (WinUI 3)

While I expect there's a decent number of low-level Windows-10-era APIs that
need to be implemented in Wine (WinRT stuff?) the higher-level stuff looks like
it should mostly be a matter of importing and hooking up the code.
