[Bug 19692] New: Wiki image attachments are not displayed.

Pages with image attachments do not display correctly. For example,
http://wiki.winehq.org/VimTips is broken.

The problem is that the images are referenced as
http://wiki.winehq.org/VimTips?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=vim_carray01....
but this results in the following error:
> You are not allowed to do AttachFile on this page. Login and try again.

Once you login, you still get this error:
> You are not allowed to do AttachFile on this page.

Attachments in the wiki have been disabled on purpose to avoid spam.
