debug log when running udc68-free-setup.exe

universal document converter 6.8 fails to install. It shows some dialog
windows, the last two dialog windows show these error messages. 
 "Environment variable issues detected ..." 
 "Unable to fix Enviroment variable issue"

The wine debug log is attached.
