[Bug 32243] New: Civilization V refuses to start

However recently, the game doesn't work at all. I have tried reinstalling it from steam and from the DVD. Running it from inside Steam doesn't produce anything, and running it from wine (ie. wine CivilizationV.exe) produces an error (see attachement).
