I recently run into that old 3Dmark2000/3Dmark2001SE does not detect amount of memory correctly ..if I boot with full 16 Gbytes of it. If I boot with mem=3G 3Dmark20001SE detects correct amount of physical memory,but 3dmark2000 still fails (even with win95 mode).
